Movie Plot: College students Rich Stoker and Hailey Smith are rock climbing in a remote forest in West Virginia. When Rich reaches the top, he is suddenly murdered, before he can help Heli. Someone starts climbing the rock again so that he cuts the rope and falls. She tries to escape, but gets stuck in a row of barbed wire and returns to the forest shouting.

Medical student Chris Flynn goes on his way to a business meeting through the mountains of West Virginia. He stops at a gas station to seek guidelines, and an elderly man named Maynard asks Chris to go to Bayer Mountain Road. He hits a stalled car whose tires have been punctured. The car belongs to the group of college students on a camp trip: Jesse, Carly, Scott, Ivan and Francine. He soon found out that his tyre puncture was not an accident and he wrapped the barbed wire around him and realised that someone had deliberately done so.
